7th Annual Art in the Parc

For the past seven years our studio has celebrated local artists and makers who are doing great things around town at our annual Art in the Parc event. This year, we took the evening celebration as an opportunity to introduce our clients, friends and families...

#RosewoodAveMural

It was a early summer day when Charity took our team on a “surprise lunch.” We all piled into her car and trusted we would be going somewhere new and yummy for lunch…instead we ended up on the side of a road, in a quiet...

Our Summer Reading List

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July and are enjoying being back to business. Today we thought we would share some of the studio's picks for summertime reading. Whether you are looking to kick up your feet on your front porch or spending your weekends at Edgewater, we...

summer fun : make & take a succulent garden

For our final Summer School-lite learning workshop we decided it would be fun to learn about something not related to design, business or city politics; instead we polished our green thumbs and took turns assembling our own individual succulent gardens. The event began with Charity talking...

summer fun : Mayor Mike Summers

This summer we hosted a series of creative learning events, but none more interesting to fellow Lakewood residents and business owners than lunch with Lakewood's honorable Mayor Mike Summers. After dining on take out from Nate's, each attendee was to jot down "if you could ask for anything...

4th Annual Art in the Parc

It was another wonderful Art in the Parc celebration, at Chartreuse.

Thanks to all of the artists who participated and the guests who came and enjoyed an evening on the patio; complete with cocktails and mini doughnuts from Matt at the Donut Lab.

summer fun : create & communicate
For our second event in the "Summer School-lite" series we decided to explore what having an "online presence" means. Piper Toth of One Sydney Road as well as Charity and Michelle led the discussion while many of the over thirty attendees added valuable feedback and content, making this a truly collaborative morning. The discussion centered around the four main avenues of your online presence, including your website, any blogging you participate in, your "social" activity and your ability to sell and make money online. It was a great learning and sharing session for all who attended. Thanks Piper for all of your insight, we always learn a bunch from you!
Third time’s a charm

We're happy to report that this year's Third Annual Art in the Parc event was truly one for the books. Expanding the party space from the patio onto the driveway, we invited even more of our talented artist friends to share their work.  In addition...

Welcome Intern Ali!

We at Chartreuse are especially jazzed about our trio becoming a quartet for the summer months with the addition of Ali Forbes, a recent graduate of Ohio University. Ali's passion for pattern and design quickly clicked with our team, and we're thrilled to have her...

Chartreuse Goes Mobile

What better way to get up from our desks, be active and celebrate summer than a group bike ride around town? A technical difficulty first led us to Century Cycles in Rocky River for a quick bike fix. The staff was wonderfully helpful as always (thanks...
