Fox River Mill Tour
9/27/2006
Whoever said learning can't be fun? Since we as designers love all things paper, we jumped at the chance to get the inside scoop on the text and cover paper-making process. Sponsored by xpedx, we climbed on board a bus full of designers and printers for a field trip to the Fox River Paper Mill in Urbana, Ohio. After stopping for lunch at Rothschild Berry Farm, we were off to learn what goes into an uncoated sheet. Pop in your earplugs and put on that protective eyewear, because there's a lot to see!
