In addition to the wonderful creative collaborations with many local entrepreneurs and larger CLE companies, it’s been a year of goal-setting and growth with our biggest internal accomplishment being the evolution of Chartreuse itself.

You may have noticed a little something extra in our name. The change to “studio Chartreuse” truly reflects the variety of creative projects we partner on: space-planning, experience-based events for our clients, and our specialty, print and digital work. The studio has become more than a room full of designers and computers. It is collective. A destination that allows our team and our clients to be creative and strategic together. From experimenting with painting and paper to space design and trade show concepts, our collaborative approach has changed the way our firm thinks about design. It is more of a holistic process… so much more than designing a new business card. Go ahead and update your rolodex with our new name: studio Chartreuse!

Remember the old saying, “The cobbler’s children have no shoes?” Well, it rang pretty true for us this year. We work feverishly to produce forward-thinking designs for our clients, both in print and digital platforms, and yet our website was dated and in need of a complete overhaul. While some weeks it was easier than others to put aside time to work on our own project, we managed to launch the new site earlier this summer complete with fresh new imagery and copy to reflect our studio and client relationships. We are very proud of our new little corner online, and we welcome you to visit often. Enjoy!

We also invite you to follow our Instagram account and explore our new Pinterest page filled with inspiration, design and all things studio Chartreuse. You can find us on Instagram at @studio_chartreuse and on Pinterest, search “studio Chartreuse” under people. We promise to follow you back!

Last winter, our team took a creative retreat to one of the most dreamy local hideaways in town – The Penfield House – designed and built by creative genius, Frank Lloyd Wright. If you are ever in need of a wonderful staycation, we can’t say enough about this place. It’s a local treasure!

While we were in retreat mode, we worked tirelessly to distill the mission of the firm, developing the words in which we stand on and will grow with:

studio Chartreuse is a boutique design firm
with a thoughtful approach to creating and guiding
effective brand awareness through great design.

Whether you have an existing brand that needs a little love or you are just starting to think about establishing your brand, we are equipped to guide you while helping you carry out your vision at any stage of the creative process. Contact us anytime!

This fall, studio Chartreuse was proud to host its sixth annual Art in the Parc,
a yearly celebration of art and design.

Clients, friends, and family gathered in our garden – the petit parc – with a curated selection of talented area artists showing and selling their best work. Supporting the arts and design community in Greater Cleveland has always been and will continue to be an important tradition at studio Chartreuse. We can’t wait to start planning next year’s event.

It’s been a great year and we can’t wait for what’s in store for 2017!
